Dance Week: Alex

She's beautiful, inside and out.  When she moves, it's pure poetry, and when she dances, she makes her mother cry.  Dance is her life, and she wants to make her life Dance.

Alex will be applying to a number of schools this Fall in pursuit of her career as a professional Dancer, and with those applications, come auditions.  She needed a few photos that illustrate her beauty and strength and I was so happy to spend an afternoon with Alex and her mom.  I look forward to seeing her perform in the Spring, and I'm SO excited to one of the first photographers to professionally photograph this future star in action!

I love these! I grew up dancing and the pointe shoes photo reminds me of a big framed poster I had in my room when I was much much younger! Gorgeous! These are such great photos and well beyond what you normally get in the studios. Awesome job!
